Cole Rutledge

Cole Rutledge has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Recruiter at Workbridge Associates, specializing in placing Software Engineers in the open source community. In 2010, they were promoted to Lead Recruiter before leaving the company in December 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Cole worked as a Practice Manager at Jobspring Partners, where they managed a team of recruiters focused on recruitment for the Microsoft and Quality Assurance markets. In 2014, they founded Binary Search, a tech recruiting firm connecting engineers with NYC startups. Cole served as the Founder and Tech Recruiter until March 2020. Most recently, Cole has been working at Pinwheel since 2021. Cole started as a Software Engineer, specializing in Integrations, and later transitioned into the role of Software Engineer in Services & Frameworks in January 2023.
