Pioneer Engineering Services, LLC is a veteran-led, SBA-certified SDVOSB and WOSB engineering and asset management consulting firm founded by veterans with over 120 years of combined experience. We provide expert services rooted in military discipline, technical precision, and public-sector leadership. Pioneer was born from the remarkable journey of four Army veterans who met over 30 years ago in Germany. Gayle, Pete, and Gary served with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as officers and “Pioneres,” a term with French and German origins that captures their roles as trailblazers. Laura completes the dynamic team bringing legal acumen and a sense of adventure that inspired her Army career. Their deeply rooted trust, mutual respect, and shared dedication to excellence and service inspired them to launch Pioneer Engineering Services, LLC.
