The PIONEER+ project is a collaborative initiative aimed at strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) capacity in higher education institutions (HEIs) through digital transformation. Building on the success of the DIN-ECO project under the EIT HEI Initiative, three experienced partners—Ionian University, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and A.B. Institute for Entrepreneurship Development—join forces with five new partners from across Europe, including universities and industry stakeholders. Together, they will implement Innovation Vision Action Plans (IVAPs) to foster institutional engagement, improve technology transfer mechanisms, enhance collaboration with external stakeholders, and support start-up development.
