Simon Greschl has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Simon is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at PIONIERKRAFT since November 2022. Prior to that, they were the CEO & Co-Founder at Tinus, a company focused on helping people with tinnitus and sleep problems. Simon also held the role of Founder & CTO at Tinus, where their responsibilities included developing the TinusOne solution.

Before their work at Tinus, Simon worked on their Master's thesis at the Institute of Micro Technology and Medical Device Technology from October 2019 to August 2020. Simon also gained research experience at BMW Group, where they worked on a research project from July 2018 to February 2019.

Simon's earlier work experience includes being a Mechatronics Developer and Product Designer at Pentland Firth Software GmbH, where they contributed to the development of an intelligent shopping cart for mass production. Simon also worked on hardware development and project management at Suggestio Media, where they developed a product that won the "Handel im Wandel" contest by the Rid foundation.

Simon Greschl's education history begins with their high school diploma from Wolfram-von-Eschenbach Gymnasium in Schwabach, which they obtained from 2004 to 2012. Simon then attended the Technical University of Munich from 2013 to 2018, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science. During their time there, they also had a semester abroad at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2015-2016. Following their undergraduate studies, Simon pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Science at the Technical University of Munich from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, they had another semester abroad at RMIT University.
