Luke McKinlay is a finance and operations leader with extensive experience in both startup and investment environments. Currently serving as the VP of Finance & Operations at Fountain since May 2018, Luke leads financial strategy and partnerships for a prominent B2B software platform focused on recruiting for the deskless workforce. Additionally, since March 2021, Luke has been a seed investor with FOG Ventures, supporting innovative founders, and has held investor roles at Pipe and as an OG member of the Operators Guild since January 2020. Prior experience includes an associate role at Starboard Value LP, a $5 billion activist hedge fund, and a tenure at WTP Advisors, where Luke worked with Fortune 500 clients on international tax regulation. Luke holds a BA in Business Finance and Accounting from Westminster College, obtained in 2011.
