Michelle Kempis

Michelle Kempis is an Associate Director at the Financial Access Initiative, where they focus on driving financial inclusion and economic development through the intersection of private innovation and policy. They lead a research team and oversee substantial budgets to ensure the fiscal viability of their initiatives. Previously, Michelle held positions at various organizations, including BlackRock and The Raben Group, where they gained experience in strategic planning and data analysis. A graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Political Economy.
