Samy Kabbara

Samy Kabbara is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Partner at Special Situations Group, advising Guggenheim Securities since October 2023. As a Partner at Adaptiv Capital since 2022, Kabbara specializes in growth technology investments in the US. Additionally, Kabbara has been a Partner at Capitoria since June 2017, where over 40 investments are made annually in early-stage startups and financing for growth companies. Kabbara holds various investment roles with companies such as Pipe, Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, Robinhood, and Startchy. Previously, Kabbara was a Partner at Tribe Capital until October 2023, focusing on venture debt and network. Kabbara began a career in investment banking at UBS, serving as Director for Middle East and Africa coverage from 2009 to 2016. Kabbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.
