Roger Fang has over 10 years of work experience. In 2009, they began working as a Product Manager at Tencent, where they were responsible for collecting and analyzing requirements from potential business threads and building software features of Tencent Chitu Advertisement System. In 2012, they became a Senior Product Manager at Taobao Marketplace, where they worked on a migration from WAP to HTML5 to improve the user experience across multiple devices and platforms. In 2013, they founded HopperClouds, a recruiting tracking and management system with machine learning algorithms embedded. In 2016, the company raised 10 million RMB series-A Founding by HongTai VC. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Chengdu JiuYiDingTai Technology Co., Ltd. In 2020, they began working as the Chengdu Team Lead at Pipe17, an integration platform to build connections among marketplaces, fulfillment channels, financial systems and ERPs. roger is responsible for managing the team and taking initiatives on both products management and development aspects.
