Michael Nadali

Michael Nadali has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at PipeDreams since October 2022. Before joining PipeDreams, Michael worked as a Deal Advisor/Consultant at Various Companies starting from February 2019.

Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Empire Today LLC. Starting from June 2004, they served as the National General Manager and later moved up to become the Director, Senior Director, and Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations. From April 2016 to October 2018, Michael held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations at Empire Today LLC, where they were responsible for the overall sales performance of a national flooring and home furnishings organization. During their tenure, they developed annual sales plans, strategies, and objectives.

Before joining Empire Today LLC, Michael was part of The Home Depot's Executive Leadership Program from June 2002 to May 2004. Michael completed a comprehensive fast-track leadership development program, gaining experience in various areas such as leadership, sales, operations, and process improvement.

Michael also has experience as a Project Leader (MBA Intern) at Klick Consultants Inc from May 2001 to March 2002 and as a District Manager at Speedimpex USA Inc from June 1997 to August 2000.

Michael Nadali holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering (Civil) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies from 1992 to 1997.
