Michael Dauenhauer

Michael Dauenhauer has extensive work experience in various management roles. Michael served as the Director of Operations (Northern Region) at PipeDreams Ventures starting from March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager at Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service from April 2017 to October 2020. From January 2013 to April 2017, Michael was the General Manager at Green Blade Lawncare, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations, production management, service delivery, and hiring and training the operations manager and staff. Before that, they were the Branch Manager at Orkin Pest Control from July 2011 to December 2012. Michael started their career at TruGreen in March 1992 and held various positions, including General Manager and Marketing Manager in different locations. Michael received several awards for their outstanding performance at TruGreen.

Michael Dauenhauer attended Cambridge University from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued an Associate's degree program in Business Administration and Management, General. Later, they obtained various certifications, including an A-12 licensed contractor and a CR-37 plumbing contractor from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors in August 2022. In addition, they obtained a C-36 plumbing contractor and a C-42 licensed contractor from the Contractors State License Board in March 2022 and October 2021, respectively. Furthermore, Michael obtained an OSHA 30 certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in September 2017.
