Andre Agra

Andre Agra has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Andre currently serves as the COO & CFO at Pipefy since October 2019. Prior to that, they were the COO of MaxMilhas from September 2018 to August 2019, where they led strategic growth initiatives, process automation, and improved customer service. From October 2017 to September 2018, they worked as the Strategy & Planning EVP at Sestini. Andre also has experience at Grupo Netshoes, where they served as the CEO - Mexico from May 2015 to January 2017, leading company-wide restructuring and implementing new strategies. Before that, they worked at Providence Companies and Cosan in business development and financial planning roles respectively. Andre started their career at Votorantim, where they held various positions in risk management, economic planning, and finance analysis. Lastly, they worked at SKY Brasil as an FP&A analyst and controller assistant.
