Fernanda Cunha

Fernanda Cunha's work experience starts in 2016 with their role as a Trainee at Mosaico Comunicação Jr. Fernanda later became a Gerente de Projetos and then a Diretora de Gestão de Pessoas at the same company. In 2017, they worked as an Estagiária de Comunicação at GuiaMania. Fernanda then joined HBT Estúdio de Criação as a Social Media e Coordenadora de Criação Visual in 2018. In 2019, they worked at Cultura Inglesa SJDR as Assessoria de Comunicação. After that, they joined Psicologia Viva (Psyalive), where they worked as an Analista de Customer Success - Onboarding, then as a Customer Success Pleno - Onboarding, and finally as a Supervisora de Customer Success Brasil e LATAM. Currently, they are working as a Global Customer Success Manager at Pipefy.

Fernanda Cunha completed their undergraduate education from 2015 to 2018 at Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei - UFSJ, where they obtained a degree in Comunicação Social.

In addition to their degree, Fernanda has obtained several certifications in various fields. Fernanda obtained certifications in Revenue Operations, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Inbound, Inbound Marketing, Inbound Sales, SEO, and Social Media Marketing from HubSpot in May 2022. Fernanda also completed a certification in Liderança, Capacidade de Aprender e Resiliência (Malala e Karnal) from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in August 2021. Earlier in 2021, they obtained certifications in Customer Experience Management from FIAP, Fundamentos da Experiência do Cliente from Track.co, Introdução ao Customer Experience and Introdução ao Customer Success from CS Academy, and NPS: Mapeando a satisfação do seu Consumidor from Hi Academy. In 2020, Ferndanda completed certifications in Customer Success, Branding, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) from Rock Content. Lastly, in June 2021, they completed a certification on Os Desafios da Implantação da Cultura Customer Centric nas Empresas em Meio à Transformação Digital from Centro Universitário Metodista Izabela Hendrix.
