Customer Success Enablement at Pipefy

Flávia Andrade's work experience begins in 2015 at Rocha Filho & Advogados Associados as an intern in the Setor Trabalhista and Administração Condominial. From there, they moved on to the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Paraná, where they interned as Estagiária em Gabinete de Desembargador from October 2016 to August 2018. In 2018, Flávia worked as a Business Development professional at Impeto from February to September. Flávia then joined Farracha de Castro Advogados as an intern from August 2018 to April 2019. Flávia began working at Pipefy in 2019 as a Sales Development Representative, responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, scheduling and conducting discovery calls, and answering web inquiries. Flávia later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager Junior from January 2020 to September 2021. Flávia then became a Senior Customer Success Manager, representing the voice of customers, ensuring customer-oriented operations, and helping them achieve their goals. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Enablement, starting in December 2021.

Flávia Andrade completed their education from 2015 to 2019 at Universidade Positivo, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications, including "Gong.io - Frontline Managers" from Pipefy in July 2022, "Mastership In Customer Success" from Winning by Design in July 2021, "Imersão na Alemanha - Língua Alemã B.1" from Goethe-Institut e.V. in July 2017. Flávia possesses the "Aprovação no XXVIII Exame da OAB" by OAB - Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil. Flávia also obtained the "First Certificate in English – University of Cambridge, ESOL examinations - 2014" from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
