Giulia Zela has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 with Ciclus Consultoria, where they served as a Human Development Analyst and later as the Human Development Director. In 2016, they joined AIESEC and held various roles, including Customer Service Experience Manager and Finances Manager for AIESEC Curitiba events. Giulia then worked at Novozymes as a Research & Development Intern in 2017. In 2018, they joined Cervejaria Ambev as a Craft Beer Intern and later as an Events Developer. In 2020, they started working at Pipefy, initially as an SDR Trainee for the US & Canada market. Giulia then progressed to become a Business Development Representative for Outbound Sales in LATAM and later an Account Executive for Outbound Sales in LATAM. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Development Leader at Pipefy in Brazil.

Giulia Zela completed their education at different institutions, starting with their Bachelor's degree in Bioprocess Engineering and Biotechnology at the Universidade Federal do Paraná, where they studied from 2013 to 2019. Giulia then pursued Graduate Studies in Marketing Management at FAE Centro Universitário from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their university studies, Giulia attended Bom Jesus Nossa Senhora de Lourdes, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.

Giulia has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2011, they received a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge. In 2012, they completed an Intensive English Program at the Academie Linguistique Internationale - ALI, reaching the advanced level.
