Luíza Caloni has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success. Luíza currently holds the position of Senior Customer Success Manager | Enterprise Accounts at Pipefy, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at iClinic from May 2020 to November 2022, holding various roles including Expansion Coordinator, Customer Success Manager, and Implementation Success.

Luíza Caloni completed their Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy at the Faculdade De Ciências Farmacêuticas de Ribeirão Preto - USP from 2015 to 2020.
