Marcelo Rech

Marcelo Rech is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and corporate management. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Planning at Pipefy since October 2019, Marcelo has successfully led strategic initiatives and developed management models to enhance team collaboration and continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Marcelo worked at Instituto Mix de Profissões, where the initiation of the Product Portfolio Management area greatly impacted the organization’s course offerings. With a background in consulting at Fabbrica Growth Consulting, Marcelo focused on scaling companies and improving operational efficiency across various sectors using methodologies such as PDCA/SDCA and Scrum. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and completion of a Strategy Execution program from Harvard Business School Online.
