Natacha Botelho has a diverse work experience. Natacha started their career in 2016 at Construtora JF as a Comercial e Projetos. In 2019, they joined Olist as a Sales Representative for a brief period.

Later in 2019, they started working at Pipefy as a Sales Development Representative, where they were responsible for identifying and qualifying inbound leads. Natacha continued to grow within the company and took on roles such as Startups Program Leader and Sales Account Executive. In 2022, they became the Inbound Sales Leader for the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment at Pipefy. Additionally, they joined Pavilion as a Member in 2022.
