Ognyán Sokolov

Ognyán Sokolov is the Founder & CEO of Pipehack, a company that builds AI-first, end-to-end revenue engines for scaling companies. Pipehack designs intent-driven lead-gen campaigns, builds custom CRM systems, deploys smart automations and AI agents, and engineers RevOps models that generate revenue for clients in a sustainable, fast and intelligently automated way. Previously, Sokolov was Head of Revenue Operations at Evrotrust (2021–2024) and Head of Sales Operations EMEA at a Stealth Startup (2021–2022). Sokolov earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from IDEP Barcelona (2010–2014).
