David Steinberg began their career in 2011 as the Owner of StoneMountain64 Inc., a gaming content creator to an audience of 3+ million. In this role, they produced content around video games including top plays, commentaries, and livestreams, and also flew around the world attending and competing in events and charities, providing feedback and consulting on games, as well as record and appear in content posted online.
In 2013, David moved to Green Street Advisors as an Equity Research Intern. In this role, they were a member of the Residential Market Sector Team that developed REIT analysis and company-specific BUY/HOLD/SELL recommendations. David collected and organized real estate information on markets and submarkets throughout the United States, located and worked with historical macroeconomic and demographic data, and demonstrated resourcefulness by seeking out new and unusual sources of information.
In 2014, David joined Fisher Investments as a Portfolio Implementation Associate. David was a key member of a small team that maintained and implemented Fisher Investments client's portfolio allocation. With guidance from the Investment Policy Committee, the team and himself decided what trades were necessary in their private client groups portfolios.
In 2019, David co-founded Pipeline, a community for streamers to connect, learn and build through playbooks, mentorship sessions, community and events, as well as exclusive discounts from companies within the streaming space. David headed up the content through their experience as a professional creator.
David Steinberg graduated from Corona Del Mar High School in 2010 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from California State University, Fullerton in 2014.
