We are the investor-partner of choice for ambitious founders growing brand legends that make people’s lives healthier, happier, and more fulfilling, while helping them minimise their impact on the environment. This is our purpose.

We invest in fast growing brands with sales of £5-50m.

Started by founders, we are still a mix of founders, investors, brand strategists, digital innovators, talent and culture experts who have helped more than 50 brands become disruptive leaders across 70 countries, growing digital sales by over £500m and opened more than 350 stores, restaurants and bars.

Our team of experts alongside our global community of brand leaders help our partner brands navigate their growth challenges and fast-shifting changes in consumer behaviour. Our invite-only skills-sharing Founders’ Collectives and Geekmeets are attended by hundreds of the most innovative brands every year.
