Chris provides legal advice across a broad range of areas including mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, shareholder arrangements, commercial and regulatory matters with a specialisation in casino regulation and gaming law.

Chris has worked on a number of landmark deals for the firm including: advising the New South Wales Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority on the licensing arrangements for the Barangaroo casino; advising the security trustee in the Boart Longyear debtor’s scheme of arrangement, and advising Cobalt 27 Capital Corp. regarding its recent $115m takeover of ASX listed Highlands Pacific Limited by scheme of arrangement.
