Joseph Turley serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pickleball Backyard since January 2023, focusing on indoor pickleball facilities. Additionally, Joseph has held a Board Member position at J3 Properties since August 2021, overseeing the acquisition and management of commercial properties, and has contributed as a Board Member for Turley Enterprises from January 2020 to January 2024, which specializes in rehabilitating distressed residential properties. From October 2018 to January 2024, Joseph led PipeView Services as President, guiding the company through financial growth leading to a private equity acquisition. Earlier experience includes roles at L3Harris Technologies as a Senior Specialist and Field Engineer, as well as service as a Soldier with the US Army's 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Joseph holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Marshall University.

PipeView Services is a veteran-owned business that offers services in main pipeline cleaning, CCTV inspection, air pressure testing, deflection testing, and hydro excavation. We are a proud NASSCO, RWAU, and AGC members and all inspection operators are certified with the Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP), Lateral Assessment Certification Program (LACP), and Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP). We are customer-focused and prioritize safety, clear communication with our contractor customers, a high level of efficiency on our work projects, accuracy in our results, and sensitivity to customer time requirements. We are based out of Lehi, UT and serve all of Utah with an emphasis in Salt Lake and Utah counties.
