Nancy Banasik's work experience includes various roles in the advertising and marketing industry. Nancy started their career as an Account Executive at Bozell, where they worked with First Republic Bank. Nancy then joined Noble, initially as an Account Executive and later as an Account Supervisor, working with clients such as Gerber, Mrs. Smith's, and Heinz. In 2000, they became the Senior Vice President- Home and Building at Noble, managing a team and working with clients including BEHR paint, TTI Industries, and Bank of America. Nancy then transitioned to Gatesman as the Senior Vice President, Group Director, leading the Home and Building practice area and working with clients such as Fellowes. Currently, Nancy is the VP Strategic Account Planner at Pipitone Group, where they are responsible for strategic planning and client management for senior care and energy solution clients.

Nancy Banasik pursued their undergraduate education from 1982 to 1986 at Baylor University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Journalism. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Northwestern University for the academic year 1987-1988 to pursue a Master's degree in Advertising.
