Andrew Prozes

Director at PIPL

Andrew Prozes is the current director at PIPL. Andrew has also served as the CEO of LexisNexis, a global provider of legal and risk management solutions and information, and as a director of Reed Elsevier. Andrew has transformed the Reed Elsevier legal business from a collection of individual country operations with separate products into a provider of customizable online data and information solutions for the legal and risk markets. Under their leadership, LexisNexis grew revenues from $1.7 billion to more than $4 billion and oversaw 40+ acquisitions.

Prior to their role at LexisNexis, Prozes served as the vice president and chief operating officer of West Group, part of the Thomson Reuters Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for all electronic information distribution of Thomson’s offerings to the global legal industry.

Before joining Thomson Reuters, Prozes was the president of Southam Inc., where they oversaw the company’s print media businesses in Canada. Andrew also served as the CEO of Taevast Holdings LLC.

Andrew Prozes completed a B.Math in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, followed by an MBA at York University.
