Gabriel Buehler

Gabriel Buehler, Esq. currently serves as Vice Chair of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Subcommittee at the American Bar Association while also acting as Legal Counsel for elephant and Founder of Buehler Law, PLLC., focusing on business, contracting, privacy, and technology law in the Inland Northwest. With extensive experience in the legal field, Buehler has held roles such as Inhouse Legal Counsel at Pipl, where responsibilities included supporting various departments and managing Government contracting projects. Additionally, Buehler has served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Spokane County Superior Court, a Teaching Fellow at Gonzaga University School of Law, and has gained valuable experience through multiple internships in litigation and legal research. Buehler holds a Doctor of Law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College.
