Roy Kfir

Roy Kfir is the director of customer success at PIPL. Roy has over fifteen years of experience in software development, product management, and software training. Roy is a key liaison between customers and the company, and has been instrumental in developing user-friendly bespoke telecommunications software projects. Roy has also managed software upgrades and deployments sites, with a focus on automation. In addition, they have presented products Technical Pre-sales, which have resulted in sales in excess of R10,000,000. Roy is also a software trainer (PSO) onsite and on location.
