PIPS Technology™ was incepted in 1983 in UK, one of a few that pioneered in the Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) technology. In the past 30 years, we deployed and supported more than 50,000 ALPR systems in over 100 countries across the globe. We offer a full spectrum of mobile and fixed solutions, software, and services for law enforcement, and for municipal and commercial organizations. Our mission is to provide the best in class ALPR solutions and services for a Safer and Smarter World, helping customers increase productivity, stop criminal activities, and enhance transportation safety and efficiency. With a broad deployment and a wide range of patents covering our technology and its application, Today PIPS is one of the largest providers of ALPR systems and has won numerous awards, including the Queens Award for Innovation in 2005.

In 2017 PIPS Technology™ became a subsidiary of Neology, Inc. Leveraging Neology’s extensive software, engineering and R&D resources, PIPS Technology™ has expanded its software development team to provide frequent new software and product releases in both our mobile and fixed ALPR portfolios. In addition, we have increased our technical support capacity and added field service engineers to provide the best service and support to our customers.
