AT PIRATE VENTURES, WE ARRIVE BATTLE-READY! WE ALWAYS DELIGHT in delivering the unexpected to OUR CREW AND GUESTS!

We understand it is our call and responsibility to curate environments and experiences where people feel genuinely welcomed and part of our community. AS MOMENT MAKERS, WE PRODUCE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES WHERE people feel recognized as human-first, allowing us to positively impact, empower, and collectively celebrate others.

AS A HUMAN-FIRST BUSINESS, Pirate Ventures corporately supports all brick-and-mortar units by investing in our crew members. From robust onboarding and training through Pirate Ventures University, to continuing education and recognition programs, OUR CREW MEMBERS ARE supported and prepared to deliver the unexpected to all guests. All crew members from the Executive Team to the front of house in-unit crews are aligned in the vision and values of the company.

Every Pirate Ventures property, event and/or experience excels at delivering the Unexpected THROUGH SUPERIOR HUMAN-FIRST SERVICE. New event brands are birthed at the corporate level and travel between the units to keep top-notch programming thriving from unit to unit. A well-trained Experience & Event crew at the unit level is versed on producing and managing events so the operations team can continue to focus on mainstay venue logistics and traditional unit operations. Pirate Ventures is sought after as a company that TRANSFORMS VACANCIES INTO COMMUNITY-CENTERED GATHERING SPACES focused on local partnerships and unique activations. We are backed by a diverse and ethos driven group of investors who provide strategic value in addition to dollars, who are rewarded with steady gains, and who value the impact of our venues within the community.
