Sinem Unal

Sinem Unal has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Sinem began their career in 2011 as an Executive Search Consultant for DataExpert Exceptional Leadership Solutions. Sinem then served as a Human Resources Supervisor for Arvato from 2011-2013. In 2013, they held two roles, Human Resources Recruitment & Career Management Associate for DenizBank and Recruitment Consultant for HSBC. From 2014-2016, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner/HR Manager for Forte Consultancy Group, which was later acquired by Ernst & Young Advisory. In 2016, they joined PwC Turkey as a People & Organization Senior Consultant. In 2017, they became the Geographic Unit Recruitment Lead for Middle East & Turkey and Country Recruitment Lead for Turkey at Accenture. In 2019, they took on the role of UK Performance Achievement Lead - Human Capital & Diversity at Accenture UK. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of People and Culture at Pisano. Additionally, they are the Founder of Evermind.

Sinem Unal received their Master in Human Resources Management from Yildiz Technical University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Istanbul University between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme - Executive Education from INSEAD in June 2021, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT for Life) from The University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre in March 2021, UK Employment Law Practitioner from CIPD in January 2021, Project Management Program from Bahcesehir University in May 2020, Yoga Instructor Certification - Level II from Yoga Alliance in September 2017, and Advanced English from Edgware Academy in August 2009.
