PitAssist is a specialized B2B software solution designed for the operational management of casino gaming floors. We are a profit-oritented break list.

A digital break list is not necessarily an optimized break list. While traditional casino management systems merely digitize manual spreadsheets, PitAssist optimizes them. Our platform utilizes Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) and Artificial Intelligence to calculate the most efficient distribution of staff in real-time, adhering to strict labor regulations and operational constraints.

Core Capabilities:

Algorithmic Rotation: Automatically generates compliant rotation schedules in seconds, factoring in dealer skills, break times, and specific table requirements.

Interactive AI Assistant: Acts as a bridge between the Pit Boss and the algorithm. Managers can communicate with the system to understand the logic behind specific decisions (explainability) and enforce live requirements instantly, ensuring the human expert remains in control.

Yield Alignment: Aligns staff allocation with table profitability metrics, ensuring optimal placement based on performance data rather than intuition.

PitAssist transforms the break list from an administrative record into a transparent, data-driven operational tool.
