Leslie C. Voth is the former Chairman of the Board and has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pitcairn since 1993. With extensive experience in the financial industry, they led several initiatives that contributed to the firm's growth, including the development of an open architecture investment platform and a comprehensive wealth management strategy. Leslie’s leadership roles within the company included Director of Marketing, President of the Wealth Management Group, and President and Chief Operating Officer. They were recognized with the 2014 “Women in Wealth Management” award for their contributions to the industry and have been involved in initiatives supporting the arts and gardening. Leslie holds a degree from Wheaton College.
