Thomas Feehan

Thomas Feehan has an extensive work history in the field of hydrogeology and geology. Thomas began their career in 1993 as a Geology Technician at Cyprus and later worked as a Contract Field Geologist for Freeport-McMoRan in 1995. In 1996, they joined Barrick Gold Corporation as a Hydrogeologist.

Feehan then worked for Newmont Mining Corporation as a Dewatering Advisor from 2000 to 2001. Thomas then joined Water Management Consultants as a Senior Hydrogeologist from 2001 to 2007. Feehan went on to establish their own company, Alta Drilling International, and served as the Owner and Managing Director from 2007 to 2013.

Thomas then worked as a Regional Manager (by contract) for Connors Drilling LLC from 2012 to 2014. Feehan then joined Exploratis Geoconsulting LLC as a Consultant and Project Manager from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, they joined Boart Longyear Drilling Services as a Commercial and Business Development Manager and currently holds that position. Feehan's most recent work experience has been at Piteau Associates Engineering, where they serve as the Principal Hydrogeologist starting in 2023.

Thomas Feehan received their Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from Illinois State University, which they completed from 1992 to 1994. Thomas then pursued a Master's degree in Hydrogeology from the same university, which they completed from 1994 to 1996. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix, completing it between 2003 and 2004.
