Gregory Richey possesses extensive experience in proposal development and policy/procedure management within the defense and nuclear sectors. Currently serving at Los Alamos National Laboratory in the N3B Procedures/Transuranic Program, Richey also contributes to PiTech Solutions Inc on various defense and civilian projects. Previous roles include work with the U.S. Department of Energy, where Richey developed nuclear operations policies and procedures for multiple defense facilities, and experience at Gulfstream Aerospace focusing on engineering and process improvement. Additional qualifications stem from managing proposals for military communications upgrades at Lumen Technologies and providing strategic consulting for various government defense initiatives. Richey holds a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has completed a graduate program in International Policy Development at Duke University.
