John Desbois

John Desbois has a wealth of experience in the tech and customer service industries. John began their career in 2007 as a BOH Events Staff and Production/Office Assistant at the University of Essex. In 2009, they worked as a Production Assistant at the BBC. In 2010, they joined Apple Inc. as a Mac Technician, where they gained valuable customer service skills and the ability to confidently understand and produce solutions for customers and the company. In 2015, they moved to the Royal Veterinary College as an IT/AV Technician. In 2016, they joined Palantir Technologies as a TechOps Engineer, and in 2021 they began working as a Devops and Data Engineer at PitPat.

John Desbois has a diverse educational background. John completed a BTEC ND in ICT from Havering College of Further and Higher Education in 2003, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Essex in 2010, and an MSc in Software Development from the University of Glasgow in 2020.
