Steven Greensmith

Steven Greensmith has worked in the IT industry since 2008. Steven began their career at Darley Stud Management as an IT Student and IT Applications Support Administrator. In 2011, they moved to Darley Australia Pty Ltd as a Support Analyst, where they were responsible for the roll out of the Qube property management system in Australia, as well as Infrastructure Systems Support. In 2012, Steven returned to Darley Stud Management as an Applications/Projects Coordinator and IT Applications Support Administrator. In this role, they managed the organisation's core horse applications and created a structure for better planning and management of change requests. In 2016, Steven joined Godolphin as an Applications/Projects Coordinator, where they led the adoption of the Scrum Framework at a 3rd party development company. In 2020, Steven began working at both PitPat and Cambridge City Council, as a Software Delivery Manager and Project Manager, respectively.

Steven Greensmith attended St George's School, Harpenden from 1999 to 2006. Steven then went on to study Business IT at the University of Gloucestershire from 2006 to 2010. In 2014, they obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2019, they obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner CPD certification from AXELOS, as well as a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. In 2021, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master II certification from Scrum.org.
