Suzanne Jones

Suzanne Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as a Software Quality & Test Lead at PitPat since June 2023. Prior to that, Suzanne worked as a Co-Founder & Director at Fintellity from May 2020 to May 2023. Suzanne also held the position of Software Quality and Test Lead at PitPat from July 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining PitPat, Suzanne was the Head of QA & Test at CashFlows from September 2016 to July 2020. Suzanne gained extensive experience as a QA Test Manager at ICHEQUE NETWORK LTD from September 2013 to September 2016, where they were involved in various projects, including launching prepaid cards and implementing automated solutions.

Earlier in their career, Suzanne worked as a Test Lead/Manager at Tribal Group for ten years, where they managed the test department and was involved in various types of testing. Suzanne also worked as a Software Tester at Spiral Software Ltd and a Software QA Engineer at Laserscan Ltd, gaining experience in object-oriented techniques and GIS products.

Throughout their career, Suzanne has demonstrated expertise in software quality assurance, test management, test automation, and various testing methodologies. Suzanne has successfully led and managed teams, implemented QA procedures, and maintained test documentation. Suzanne's experience spans multiple industries, including fintech, e-learning, and gaming/gambling.

Suzanne Jones completed their A-Level studies in Media Studies, English Literature, and Language at Hills Road Sixth Form College from 1995 to 1997. Following their time at the sixth form college, they pursued higher education at the University of Northampton from 1997 to 2000. Suzanne obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a field of study in American/United States Studies/Civilization.
