Antony Walker is an accomplished conductor and artistic director with extensive experience in the opera industry. Since January 2002, Antony Walker has served as Conductor Emeritus and Artistic Director at Pinchgut Opera, where responsibilities include planning seasons and conducting performances. In addition, Antony Walker has held the position of Music Director at Pittsburgh Opera since July 2006 and serves as Artistic Director and Conductor at Washington Concert Opera since September 2002. Notable guest conducting engagements include the Merola Opera Program, Wolf Trap Opera, Metropolitan Opera, and Opera di Firenze, among others. Antony Walker completed a Bachelor's Degree in Music at the University of Sydney from 1986 to 1989.
