Advances in brain science and psychology are revealing the why as well as the how of great sales and customer service internally and externally. With new insights and tools we can create the positive emotional connections and memorable experiences that satisfy customers and make them loyal on a social level.

The concepts I offer as a speaker, coach, and consultant (change agent) are a unique blend of best-practice infusing NLP, neuroscience, and positive psychology.

My goal is to partner with you to grow your capability and people skills. I don't just train, I develop the skills to the point they are instinctive to your organization.

I draw on neuroscience, emotional intelligence and positive psychology, providing practical applications that will drive business performance, engage people and achieve strategic goals.

We work with you to create flexible and cost-effective solutions designed to boost your resources and inspire people to make positive changes that are sustainable.

Depending on your needs, we can build capability through strategic facilitation and stakeholder engagement, in-depth training and short skill bites, keynotes, and masterclasses.

I train leadership on new coaching techniques and train-the-trainer programs that harness talent, performance, recruitment, and business improvement initiatives for optimal performance and engagement.
