Coline Monier

Coline Monier is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Pivot since February 2024. Previously, Coline held multiple roles at Contentsquare, serving as Head of Tech Talent Acquisition from April 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of senior Talent Acquisition Partners and leading the Product House talent acquisition team to support growth objectives. In earlier roles at Contentsquare, Coline functioned as Lead Tech Talent Partner and Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on recruitment processes and collaboration with hiring managers. Coline began a career in HR as Chargée de missions RH at Junior Consulting IAE Aix-Marseille, participating in the management of the HR department and external recruitment efforts. Coline holds an MSc in General Management from IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and a Master II in Private Wealth Management and Law from Université de Bordeaux.
