Romane Ferrer

Romane Ferrer is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People at Pivot since September 2024, where the focus is on modern procurement solutions. Prior to this role, Romane held the position of VP of People at Stonly for a year, contributing to the development of customer support tools. From May 2018 to July 2023, Romane was the Head of People at Theodo Apps, having also worked there as a recruiter and project manager. Further experience includes a recruitment role at Mindquest and consulting at Oresys. Romane's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business Management from EDHEC Business School, complemented by foundational studies at Lycée Massena in the CPGE ECS program.
