Crystal T. has extensive experience in product management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Product Manager at pivot since October 2021. In this role, Crystal oversees the entire product lifecycle, from conception to implementation, while leading product launches and ensuring strategic alignment. Prior experience includes a position as Scrum Master/Product Owner at Tecsys Inc., where significant projects such as JIRA conversion and e-commerce website redesign were successfully delivered. Furthermore, as a Scrum Master/Business Analyst at Cetaris, Crystal led the development of the Fleet Assistant mobile app and collaborated with stakeholders for scope definition. Early in their career, Crystal held the title of Head of PMO at Smartdot Technology Inc., achieving key certifications and managing process improvements, and worked at Inspur Group as Development Manager, where responsibilities included proposal development and management of development teams. Crystal holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Inner Mongolia University of Technology.
