Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is a seasoned professional in software engineering and bioinformatics, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Pivot Bio since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions at Corteva Agriscience and DuPont Pioneer, including Software Engineering Manager and Bioinformatics Cloud Architect, respectively. Ryan's career began with a strong foundation in software development, progressing from Senior Application Developer to Software Development Leader at DuPont Pioneer. Ryan holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Iowa, earned between 2004 and 2009.
