Pivot Careers is a specialist career support service helping public sector staff navigate redundancy, redeployment, and change with confidence and clarity.

Founded by certified interview coach Amir Hafidh, we work with NHS ICBs, councils, and education partners to provide practical, human-centred career coaching that gets results.

We offer two core services:
🔹 The Careers Bootcamp — a live group workshop series that builds job search strategy, structure and skills
🔹 The Careers Clinic — 1:1 coaching to support individual needs, including CVs, applications, interviews and mindset

Over 500 individuals - from first-time job seekers to senior leaders - have used our methods to move forward with direction and purpose.
