Buzz Becker

Buzz Becker is the current Director of Project Development at Pivot Energy. Prior to this, they served as Team Chief in the United States Army Reserve from November 2018 to August 2020. Buzz has also held the positions of Development Manager and Associate Development Manager at Hexagon Energy from April 2018 to February 2022, Executive Officer in the Army National Guard from June 2017 to August 2018, Platoon Leader in the Army National Guard from October 2016 to June 2017, Acting Rear Detachment BN S4 in the Army National Guard from April 2016 to September 2016, Officer Candidate in the Army National Guard from March 2013 to August 2014, Specialist in the Army National Guard from May 2011 to March 2013, and Private First Class in the Army National Guard from October 2010 to May 2011. In addition, they have experience in business development, having worked as a Business Development Associate at CustomerFirst Renewables from June 2016 to December 2016, and as an Unbranded Regional Sales Representative at Phillips 66 from February 2013 to November 2014.

Buzz Becker attended the University of Oklahoma, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. Buzz then attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration. Buzz also attended the Infantry Basic Officer Leadership Course at the 2nd Battalion, 11th Infantry Regiment. Buzz is certified by the US Green Building Council as a LEED Green Associate.
