Pivot Facilities Management’s aim is to keep residents happy and instill confidence in Owners Corporations. We take the stress out of building maintenance and management with a unique combination of professionalism and fun.

We provide personalised, high-quality, price-competitive service to our clients, and do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Pivot FM is proud to have over 3,000 apartments in its portfolio and has provided over 160,000 labor hours in prestige, boutique and commercial/industrial facilities.

How we’re different:
1. We’re fair and transparent: We provide a very high level of service at a fair price - transparently. We continually ask our clients what they need most, and how we can improve our service. Then we act.
2. Our reporting is customised: Our client reporting, customised for each client, identifies problems before they occur. We invite our clients to join us for our regular inspections, so we can talk through rectification plans and schedules.
3. We invest in our people: We ensure we hire the best people, and provide them with the tools and support to do high-quality work. We provide industry training and ensure they are properly inducted into our clients’ facilities.
4. We understand our clients: Finally, Pivot FM understands not only how buildings are built, but also how people live and work in them. We make the experience within the built environment better.
