Rich Fischer is a Partner and Search Consultant at Leadership Associates, an executive search firm, where they provide executive search services for superintendents in California. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of the Executive Leadership Center at Pivot Learning Partners from 2006 to 2016, creating and directing a leadership seminar series for school district superintendents and offering executive coaching.
