Gary Means, CAPP has extensive experience in the parking industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Pivot Parking. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Executive Director at Lexington & Fayette County Parking Authority and General Manager at Central Parking System of Kentucky LLC. Gary is also a Member of the Board of Directors at the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI). Gary holds a BA in Broadcasting from Eastern Kentucky University and has completed additional education at the University of Virginia.
