Pivot Partners is an advisory and venture firm working in South Africa and internationally, with AI implementation at the centre of how we work.

We help leadership teams move from AI strategy to working systems — agentic workflows, internal copilots, automation, data and business intelligence — built end to end and handed over running, not handed over in a deck.

We run two practices. Pivot Advisory delivers board-level strategy and hands-on implementation for clients. Pivot Ventures takes equity and operates from the inside, putting our engineering team within the companies we back.

What sets us apart: the people who scope a project are the people who build it — a founder who has run companies, an operator who knows how to land change, and an engineering team that ships production AI. Our work spans grocery retail, the wine trade and beyond.

Founded by Chris Lombard and Nicolò Pudel.
