You've been given a title like Chief or President or VP or Director. In other words, you lead a vital part of your organization if not the ENTIRE organization.

Depending on what part of the business you lead, at some point you may find yourself being told (or telling someone who reports to you) to simply:
►Increase revenue.
►Have the right raw materials or inventory in-house.
►Have financial and operating metrics on-demand.
►Build the right products at the right time.
►Create the most innovative products that everyone wants.
►Make business systems and applications "work".
►Increase shareholder value.

To accomplish those things, let alone make it look simple, you know you'll need 3 things:
1.Great people
2.Repeatable and understandable process
3.Business applications that support your people and process, not get in their way.

I specialize in helping business leaders with #2 and 3 so that they don't lose any or are able to attract more #1. I've found that when these 3 things are in balance or can be changed elegantly whenever circumstances dictate, the requests above really do become simpler.

I do that by:
►Assessing your current state–Where you're at; Where you want to go; and Identify potential constraints.
►Documenting what you currently do–Highlighting your strategic or market differentiators–and creating how you'll do it in the future.
►Developing a road-map of change–so you understand what has to be done, what order it might be done in, when it can get done and how much it will cost.
►Helping your find technology solutions that fit how you do business.

With those building blocks in place, we can create a strategic asset–business systems (people, process & technology) that are vital to the delivery of products and services, not simply a means of keeping score.

I've helped companies of all sizes ($100M to $1B+) accomplish this.

I'd love to talk about ways we might do it for your Company. Connect with me on LinkedIn or jon@pivotpointltd.com
