The future of work is being rewritten.
Pivot Project exists to ensure everyone has a place in it.

We are a purpose-led nonprofit building bold, inclusive pathways for people to thrive in an AI-powered world. As technology reshapes jobs, industries, and societies, Pivot turns disruption into opportunity — at scale.

Our work sits at the intersection of skills, careers, innovation, and systemic change. We equip people with future-ready capabilities, connect skills to real economic pathways, pilot new models with industry, and translate lived insights into policies that last.

Pivot was founded by leaders who have already built and scaled award-winning skilling movements across Asia-Pacific. We don’t run isolated programs. We build systems that move people forward — and nations with them.

Our focus
We help people navigate change, access new pathways, and move toward meaningful work — by strengthening workforce mobility, youth transitions, and educator capability.

Our mission
To unlock opportunity in the age of AI — decisively, inclusively, and at scale.
